                                    I Have a Home to Sell

                                    We understand that sometimes you may be in a situation where you must sell your home first.  Here are some helpful tips before you start shopping:
                                    • Clean, Consolidate & Reduce:
                                      Make sure your current home is free of dust and clutter for potential buyer showings.  Making a home feel open and clean can be just the edge you need to get it under contract.
                                    • List your home with a professional Realtor:
                                      Yes, you may save some money by listing your property yourself but statistically speaking, hiring on a Realtor will get the home sold quicker and more stress free that you personal would.
                                    • Make sure you price your home right:
                                      Too many times home buyers hold out for their top asking price only to get frustrated after six months of no offers.  Again, if you have a professional Realtor on board they should respectfully advise you as to what price it will sell at quickly (30-45 days), moderately (2-3 months) and slowly (4-7 months).
                                    • When you get the offer you need rember about contingencies:
                                      You still may have another 3 months till your new CedarLand homes is built but you may have received a quick offer on your current home.  So, on part of your contingency with the buyer you will need to submit a "delayed closing" contingency till your CedarLand homes is built or you may be faced with having to rent temporary.
