My husband was wary of this house that I had fallen head over heels for, but a few days later when he stepped in the front door for the first time he was hit with the same feeling I had. This was it. We loved it. CedarLand Homes built an amazing house, and we knew it was exactly what we had been looking for.
During our time under contract, T was great. He was gracious, and closing was a breeze. Since then, he has done everything to make our home buying experience the best possible. When problems occurred that were under warranty, he would always ensure they got fixed in a timely manner and followed up every time. He has always been available to me to answer any questions, and I always feel so grateful that we bought this house rather than some mass-produced home with an absent builder. My husband and I have already discussed that when the time comes someday to build a new home, we would love to use CedarLand Homes again. "I absolutely love my CedarLand home! I've never seen a house with the same layout inside, and I get so many compliments on the diagonal hallway and creative-shaped rooms! :) I also love the decor; I couldn't have selected anything better if I had selected everything myself.
